Funai Soken Group has five companies that are currently recruitment new graduates for consultant positions. Six companies, including Funai Soken Holdings Inc. which is recruitment staff positions, will be presenting at the joint information session. At the group's joint information session, you can learn about the work through an introduction to the entire group and an office tour, as well as through the specialized areas of each company and interviews with employees. While information about the selection process will be provided, it is not a direct selection process, so you can participate and then decide if you do not want to pursue a consulting career. Feel free to participate and start by finding companies and topics that interest you!

Along with restructuring our finances and organization, we also revamped our vehicle design and recruitment website.

You don't need to be a management expert from the start. Even without experience, you can learn the basics, observe your seniors at work, and try explaining things yourself. Gradually, you'll increase your capabilities and become a consultant that business owners turn to for advice.

1. 01

   New Employee Training

   During the group-wide new employee training, new employees will learn about the Funai way of thinking, basic Society skills, digital technology, AI, and more.

   The program will be implemented for approximately three weeks in April 2026.

   Accompanying a senior colleague to provide support.

   You will accompany senior consultants and gain experience in actual business consultation settings. Initially, you will be responsible for taking meeting minutes, learning industry knowledge and how to provide support in a practical way.

3. 03

   I was entrusted with a part of the support.

   You will gradually increase the topics you can explain yourself, such as reporting data analysis results and suggesting improvements, and eventually take on some responsibility for meetings with clients.

4. 04

   Having your own assigned clients

   We will grow to a point where we can consistently handle everything from designing the overall support system to proposing strategies to management and providing implementation support. We will hone our unique expertise while gaining practical experience.

As an example of what you can learn after being assigned to a position, we introduce the monthly support program, "support shadowing." At the information session, ask employees of the company you are interested in what they were initially assigned to and how they learned from it.
