We are implementing Initiatives to maintain and improve the health of our employees as a foundation for maximizing productivity and enabling them to perform at their best. In this first certification, our Health and Productivity Management promotion system, in which top management is strongly committed, and our meticulous Initiatives to improve the rate of participation in specific health guidance in cooperation with the health insurance association were recognized to some extent.
Each employee is fulfilled both physically and mentally, enabling them to perform at their best as a professional.
Creating Environment where employees can thrive is a top priority for the sustainable growth of our group. Taking this initial certification as an opportunity, we will further strengthen our support system for high-quality work styles and, as a group, strive to maximize Employee Lifetime Value (ELTV) through Health and Productivity Management , so that all employees can continue to work vibrantly and effectively for the long term.
*Human Resources Basic Policy (4. Health and Productivity Management ): We will promote a support system that enables employees to work in a way that is fulfilling both physically and mentally, in order to promote diversification of employees' working hours and locations, and to work in a way that is high-quality, enhances customer satisfaction, and creates value for Society .
■ Our Group's Main Health and Productivity Management Promotion Initiatives
1. Commitment from top management and establishment of a promotion system.
We are actively promoting Initiatives under a clear organizational structure in which top management takes responsibility, including the issuance of a " Health and Productivity Management Declaration" by President Group CEO Takayuki Nakatani, and regularly discussing Health and Productivity Management at management meetings.

2. Improving the participation rate in "specific health guidance" and "secondary examinations"
To prevent illness and facilitate early detection, we collaborate with health insurance associations to directly notify eligible employees of the importance of specific health guidance and conduct thorough consultations via email and telephone. Furthermore, we have set quantitative targets for 2025 of a 100% secondary examination rate and a 60% specific health guidance participation rate, and we also partially cover the costs of secondary examinations for employees with findings.
3. Implementation of measures to prevent excessive working hours exceeding legal standards.
To ensure proper working hours and prevent fatigue accumulation, we are taking more thorough Initiatives than legally required. We conduct fatigue accumulation checks for employees who work more than 45 hours but less than 80 hours of overtime per month, and if fatigue is detected, we provide careful follow-up, such as offering opportunities for consultations with an industrial physician.

4. Initiatives to improve employees' health literacy and dietary habits (from FY2026)
To promote health awareness among employees, we conduct monthly e-learning sessions on topics such as productivity improvement (sleep and eye strain prevention), health issues specific to women, and self-care. We have also started new initiatives, such as providing breakfast, to address employees' irregular eating habits (such as skipping breakfast).
5. Expansion of "support for balancing treatment and work" and "smoking cessation support" (from FY2026)
To enable employees to continue working even when ill, we will assign several in-house staff members with "Work-Life Balance Support Coordinator" qualifications and begin a comprehensive support system. Furthermore, we will also provide support for quitting smoking, such as guidance on online smoking cessation clinics and subsidies for purchasing necessary items (nicotine patches, etc.).
