The JPX-Nikkei Mid and Small Cap Index is comprised ofcompanies with middle and small market capitalization that areselected based on the same concept as JPX-Nikkei Index 400 andappealing to shareholders and aim at sustainably increasingcorporate value. Furthermore, in August 2023, we joined the TCFD Consortium and are working to strengthen Information Disclosure regarding climate risk opportunities and financial impacts.

Funai Soken Holdings Inc. has been responding to the CDP Climate Change Questionnaire since 2023. In 2025, it achieved a B- rating, the fourth highest level in the CDP Climate Change assessment.

Human Capital Management Consortium

We are participating in the "Human Capital Management Consortium," which was established in August 2022 with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Financial Services Agency as observers.

This consortium was established by seven individuals, including Mr. Kuniyoshi Ito, Director of the CFO Education and Research Center at Hitotsubashi University, with the aim of sharing best practices in human capital management, discussing inter-company cooperation, and considering effective Information Disclosure . Through participation in this consortium, we will further strengthen Initiatives and disclosures toward enhancing human capital, which is the source of our group's growth.

Funai Soken Holdings Inc. joined the GX League in 2023. The GX League is a platform where companies aiming for sustainable growth, with a view to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 and Society transformation, collaborate with government and academia. Funai Consulting Inc. develops decarbonization support services, mainly through its carbon neutrality support team, and through participation in the GX League, it will further enhance the value of its proposals to clients.
