In 2025, as the final year of our "Medium-Term Management Plan (2023-2025)," we strived to realize our group vision of becoming a "digital" x "comprehensive" management consulting group primarily focused on small and medium-sized enterprises. As a result of accelerating the evolution of DX consulting in our core management consulting business, we were able to achieve record-breaking performance. Furthermore, to strengthen our group structure, we launched operations of " Funai Soken Agata FAS Inc. " which handles M &A consulting, and welcomed " Almacreation Inc. , Ltd." (marketing business), " Apparel-Web, Inc. " (digital marketing business), and "MI Consulting MI Consulting Co.,Ltd. " (M&A consulting business) into the group.
In 2026, we will relocate our Osaka headquarters to "Innogate Osaka," directly connected to JR Osaka Station, in January. By consolidating our previously dispersed offices in the Osaka area and creating a single-floor workspace, we aim to accelerate collaboration and synergy within the group. Towards achieving the goals of our newly formulated "Medium-Term Management Plan (2026-2028)," we will continue to work together as a team of officers and employees to create a company that can continue to grow sustainably.
