Mr. Nobuyuki Sunagawa possesses deep expertise in finance, corporate valuation, and the relationship between ESG management and financial performance. In addition to his advanced professional knowledge as a university professor, he has broad experience in industry-academia collaboration activities and executive education. Based on his insights, he actively participates in board meetings and fulfills an appropriate supervisory function over executive directors as an outside director of our company. We would like to ask him to continue serving as an outside director so that he can continue to provide recommendations on the management of our group. Although he has never been involved in the management of the company in any way other than serving as an outside director or outside auditor, he is an expert in management studies and has been nominated as an outside director candidate because we believe he will be able to appropriately perform the duties of an outside director.

Ms. Taeko Yamamoto has held key positions in multiple global IT companies and has experience leading the establishment of overseas subsidiaries. She possesses a deep understanding of international organizational management and the appropriateness of management decisions from a global perspective. Leveraging this wealth of experience and insight, she provides advice to the Board of Directors regarding the promotion of DX (Digital Transformation) within our group and offers suggestions for management. We therefore request her continued appointment as an outside director.

Ms. Tomomi Murakami has long-term experience supporting the development of corporate Environment , CSR, and ESG management from both corporate and policy perspectives. She has experience in consulting on ESG management issues and evaluating the effectiveness of boards of directors, including ESG considerations. Leveraging her extensive experience and keen insight, she has provided advice and management recommendations to the Board of Directors on strengthening our corporate Corporate Governance and promoting ESG management. We therefore request her continued appointment as an outside director. Although she does not have direct experience in corporate management, we believe that her high level of expertise will enable her to perform her duties appropriately.

Ms. Nobuko Nakajima possesses advanced expertise and extensive experience cultivated as a lawyer. Within our group, she provides valuable suggestions from an independent legal perspective to strengthen Corporate Governance and enhance long-term corporate value. Therefore, we request her continued appointment as an outside director and member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee. Although she has no direct experience in company management, we believe her high level of expertise will enable her to perform her duties appropriately.

Mr. Atsushi Nakao, with his professional expertise as a certified public accountant, tax accountant, and company manager, has been actively providing recommendations on important management matters to our company since 2013 as an outside auditor and since 2016 as an outside director serving on the Audit and Supervisory Committee.

Mr. Yasumasa Sakamoto possesses advanced expertise cultivated as a lawyer and extensive overseas experience. Our group has nominated him as a new candidate for Outside Director and Audit and Supervisory Committee member, expecting him to provide valuable suggestions from an independent legal perspective to strengthen our global structure, enhance our compliance system, and further strengthen our oversight function over management. Although he has no direct experience in company management, we believe his high level of expertise will enable him to perform his duties appropriately.
