Why did Itaru Kagami of MI Consulting decide to join Funai Soken Group ? The third installment of the video series "The Truth About Joining the Group" is released today.

Funai Soken Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and Group CEO : Takayuki Nakatani) has produced a four-part video series in which it interviews the leaders of companies that have joined the Funai Soken Group, asking them about their thoughts and the reasons behind their decisions. The third installment of this series, an interview video with Itaru Kagami, President of MI Consulting Co.,Ltd. was released today.

■Background of this series

Funai Soken Group has determined that, given the increasing importance of "PMI (Post-Merger Integration)" in capital alliances, it is extremely important to transparently communicate the background of the decisions made by the management of participating companies and the prospects for synergies. We believe that such communication will send an important message not only to shareholders and investors but also to companies considering future alliances, and therefore we have planned and produced this series.

In the third installment, we feature Itaru Kagami, who, after gaining extensive experience at a major M&A brokerage firm, became independent and founded MI Consulting Co.,Ltd. specializing in due diligence.
