We held an orientation ceremony for those scheduled to join the company FY 2027.

On Friday, October 9, 2026, Funai Soken Holdings Inc. held an orientation ceremony at the Funai Soken Group 's Tokyo headquarters, " Sustainable Growth Square TOKYO," welcoming 15 prospective employees who are scheduled to join the company FY .

On that day, following self-introductions by all the prospective employees, President and Group CEO Takayuki Nakatani delivered a message titled "To those of you who have decided to join Funai Soken Group " and presented them with their letters of acceptance.

In the afternoon, we held a roundtable discussion with senior employees on the theme of "What is necessary before becoming Society adult." Through stories and Q&A sessions based on the employees' own experiences, such as the gap they felt after joining the company and things they wish they had done before joining, we provided an opportunity for new employees to concretely imagine what it would be like to work after joining the company.

 

A moment to deepen relationships with colleagues

Furthermore, the employee-organized social gatherings included shuffle-style lunches and afternoon teas to encourage interaction among future colleagues. At the end of the day, each prospective employee shared their impressions of the day.
