Funai Soken Holdings Inc. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and Group CEO : Takayuki Nakatani) will establish a new local subsidiary, " Funai Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. ," in Bengaluru, India.

■ Background and purpose of establishment

India, with one of the world's largest populations and remarkable economic growth in recent years, is attracting attention from many Japanese companies as the "world's factory." In recent years, many global companies have established Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India as strategic bases for IT services, engineering, and indirect operations. In this market Environment , as part of our group's growth strategy of "strengthening overseas business" and to accelerate the digital transformation (DX) of our entire group, we aim to establish a local subsidiary in India and give it the functions of a GCC.
