(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President : Keisaku Masuda) on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at the Funai Soken Group Funai Soken Group Tokyo Headquarters. The event is aimed at students aspiring to work in the consulting industry who are expected to graduate in 2028.
This is a collaborative recruitment event by two companies: a domestic independent firm and a prime-listed consulting group.

■Background and purpose of this event

In today's job market, the consulting industry is attracting a great deal of attention.
While more students are aspiring to become consultants (and reconnaissance consultants*1) as a first step to broaden their future career options, both of our companies see this work not merely as a stepping stone, but as a profound career that can be pursued throughout one's life.I believe so.
This event was planned with the desire to directly convey to aspiring students the true appeal of working as a consultant, something that only two companies with a long history of supporting the growth of Japanese companies can convey.

Furthermore, as a new trend among university students engaged in job hunting progresses, there is a growing tendency towards "pinpointed job hunting*2," where students focus their efforts on specific companies that interest them more than before. As a result, opportunities for students to compare and consider companies with a broad perspective are decreasing.
That's why I believe that experiencing firsthand the differences in culture and support styles between two "domestic independent consulting firms" at an early stage, and furthermore, participating in a summer internship, will allow you to make new discoveries and carefully consider your own aspirations, which will prevent future career mismatches and lead to satisfying career choices.
Through this event, we aim to provide students with an opportunity to gain insight into the perspective of top-tier consultants and to initiate their own independent consulting careers.

*1 Tori-kon: Abbreviation for "Toriaezu konsuru" (Just consult for now).
