This year, we will once again cooperate with Society education program at Joto Elementary School in Chuo Ward, Tokyo.

Funai Soken Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and Group CEO : Takayuki Nakatani) and Funai Consulting Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President : Daisuke Shinkai) cooperated with the "More Friendly Town Exploration" project, a part of the life skills curriculum for second-grade students at Joto Elementary School in Chuo-ku, Tokyo (Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Principal: Naohiko Hirayama), on October 28th (Tue) and November 18th (Tue), as part of their community Initiatives .

The purpose of this lesson is to deepen the children's familiarity with and affection for the town where their school is located by getting to know the town better and listening to the thoughts and wishes of the townspeople. On October 28th, they visited our group's Tokyo headquarters, and on November 18th, they conducted an interview with a management consultant. During the interview, the children asked the management consultant questions they had prepared in advance. Some of the questions delved into the essence of consulting work, such as, "Why do you have so many meeting rooms?", "What kind of discussions do you have with company presidents?", "How many people do you advise in a day?", "Do you use robots in your work?", and "What kinds of consultations do you receive most often?".

This Initiatives provided a great opportunity to make the profession of "management consultant," which is not usually familiar to children, more accessible to the next generation.

Our group will continue to cooperate in various activities to contribute to local Society , in order to realize our group purpose, " Sustainable Growth for More Companies "
