■ Background and evaluation points for the selection

The "Human Capital Survey 2025" is Japan's largest-scale survey that comprehensively evaluates companies' Initiatives from both human capital management and disclosure perspectives, and selects and commends leading companies.
In this survey, our company was selected for "Human Capital Management Quality" as a company whose human capital management and disclosure Initiatives exceed a certain standard. In particular, Initiatives were evaluated as outstanding in the following areas:

- Developing a human resources strategy linked to the business strategy
- Formulation of human resource strategies and action plans closely linked to management strategies.
• A system for proactively promoting human capital management led by management.
・Implementation of human capital investment
- Strengthening talent recruitment and continuously increasing the annual salaries of consultants.
• Focused investment in the workplace Environment

■Our Initiatives regarding the above items

In our FY medium-term management plan, we have adopted "proactive investment in human resources" as a key policy, aiming to expand our human capital, which is the source of our growth. We are focusing on investments in recruitment , development , retention, and the work Environment , with the goal of achieving sustainable growth.
Specifically, by actively recruitment consultants, continuously raising their annual salary levels, providing skill development linked to results, establishing a fair distribution system through performance-based compensation, and offering multifaceted support to improve engagement, we aligned the vectors of maximizing individual lifetime value (ELTV) with the company's sustainable growth, creating Environment that encourages high retention rates and challenges.
In addition to improving our physical infrastructure, following the relocation of our Tokyo headquarters, we have also relocated our Osaka headquarters and opened a new facility called " Sustainable Growth Square OSAKA." We position this facility as a hub for sales and human capital management, and the entire company is working together to create Environment employees can perform at their best.

In our new medium-term management plan ( FY ), we will continue to expand the number of consultants while further maximizing ELTV by improving "productivity per person" and "expected length of service."
