Dividend policy

Returning adequate earnings to shareholders is as important to us as strengthening our financial condition and management fundamentals. As such, we are determined to distribute earnings to shareholders in line with business performance.

Retained earnings will be used to enhance capital through a balance of investments for the long-term growth of corporate value, and in strengthening the group's financial condition to facilitate flexible capital policies.

Dividends to shareholders

NB： The common shares in Funai Soken Holdings were split twice in recent years: a one-for-1.2 split January 1, 2016, and a one-for-1.5 split on January 1, 2018. For the purposes of this section, annual dividend per share and earnings per share are calculated as if the stock splits had been conducted.
